Busy Season

I have been at work for 30 of the last 35 hours and have a few more to go before I leave. Auditing is awesome!

New Years Eve & Resolutions for '09

- First off New Years Eve is overrated. If I want to go out and throw a few cold guys back I dont need New Years Eve to tell me to do that. I was in San Angelo and played 42 most of the night and that was fine by me.

Resolution 1 - To lose less than 30% in my 401K (thanks '08 for setting the bar low)

Resolution 2 - Learn to identify all trees native to TEXAS. I got a field guide for all North American Trees and figured I need to put it to good use. Call me a dork I dont care.........I like trees.

Resolution 3 - Get in better shape. Again this is grasping for some low hanging fruit. Currently my diet consist of Ice Cold Rocky Mountain Keyston Light, Pizza, and ridiculous amounts of Mexican Food and my exercise is getting my heart rate up once a month with about ten pushups in my house.

Resolution 4 - For one of the Dallas teams to make it past the first round of the playoffs. I know I have little controls over this unless the players can hear me yelling at them through my TV but oh well I stand by it.

Resolution 5 - Improve my rib cooking skills. I love to grill out but I dont think I cook a very good rack of ribs. I also tried to make my own BBQ sauce one time and it sucked so I'll add that to the list to compliment my ribs.

Resolution 6 - Go to one Cowboys game in '09 at the new stadium.

Resolution 7 - Buy the Cowboys. This may be stretching it a little but if I can do this number 6 will be an easy winner and I will have a little more control over number 4. Any donations would be appreciated (see resolution 1).

Resolution 9 - Lop a turkey's head off via gobbler guillotine. You tube it...it is awesome!

Resolution 10 - Keep on truckin
